studying is not good for health
honestly.
all you do is stare at the screen or book for hours on end - kills your eyes
all you do is ear while studying - increased calorie intake
you don't exercise at all because you are so busy studying. heck you have probably been stuck at your seat for the whole day now
and then you eat some more and study some more and eat some more and then sleep.
then its the same thing all over again tomorrow.
just great.

Try not eating while studying. Apparently it takes a lot of calories making your brain go round
Reading doesnt actually spoil ur vision! Urban myth. It just makes ur eye muscles tired.
Your brain uses 20% of ur calories! Plus the stress hormones released when u study (dont tell me ur HAPPY while studying) increases ur metabolism rate n reduces glucose uptake into cells.
And if ur a kid, those same stress hormones makes u grow taller. Yeah!

Yes, cortisol (stress hormone) has those "side" effects.
Although too much of it will give you a heart attack and not to mention, other hormone imbalances (mood fluctuations) and the thing we love most, high blood pressure!
