failed bananabread
ok, so i thought my bananabread was going pretty damn well.
until i took it out of the oven and out of the baking tin.
outside was slightly burnt, but i could still live with that.
but when i cut up the inside. it was mushy.
and not nice and fluffy like the ones you get in bakeries.
massive fail. :(

mushy? As in uncooked? Did you have it on the middle rung on the oven...?
