Annoyance

Ever had one of those days...

the sun is out
the sky is clear
the breeze is just ever so slightly
the weather is perfect

but

deep down inside you feel like shit
you are agitated, irritated, edgy and annoyed
you feel like tearing yourself to pieces
you wonder and wonder and wonder
why the emotions overwhelm you
and no matter how perfect the day is
nothing, nothing at all makes you feel any better.
